Isaac's Reflection

What is going well?
Everything is going fine

What could go better?
Everything is running smooth, I like it how it is right now.

What have you started? Completed?
I have started getting information about the event night such as getting food prices, what food we're having, ticket sales etc.

Still in progress.

Need to do next?
To get some ushers.

What questions have you asked, answered, and now need to pursue?
I've asked several questions to the producer of the production and got information about event night.
Here are some questions I've asked;
Tickets for people not enrolled in school get in for free?
People who attend school (primary, secondary) have to pay?
Will food be sold to people who come to the production?

And questions related to the production.

Isaac's Event Management reflection

I have discussed with Megan with a few questions about the Event night and a few things that we had to verify before further or do.

Seat arrangements has been discussed and seats around the stage will most likely be VIP area's for people who's handed in cans or items which are a contribution to the production.

Children under the age of 5 will be accepted into the production for free but children who already go to school (primary school - secondary school) will be charged. People who are at the age of 16 and over will charge for an adult of $10 and anywhere below is $5.

Food will be served before people and children enter the auditorium. A range variety of foods such as chips and fresh popped popcorn + drinks will be retailed for around one to three dollers.

Our prices for the food that will be served;

Coke $1.50
Coke zero $1.50
Sprite $1.50
Fanta $1.50
Water $1.50

Alice and wonderland popcorn cones  $2.50
Ready and salted chips $2.00
Chicken chips $2.00

No strict rules will not be applied in the auditorium, people will be able to bring food into the auditorium, seats for people with prams will have allocated seats, people will have access to go out and in the auditorium at any time if needed.
